Katya, Bert and Bob went to do some shopping in preparation for the farewell gathering this evening. Later in the morning, Igor visited and we talked a bit about his ministry. After lunch, Nancy was the lead chef in preparing a recipe that Katya had given us. It is a combination of cheese, garlic, hard boiled egg and mayonnaise. Properly mixed, it is a great spread for crackers or bread. We’ll see tonight…then y’all can ask for it maybe.
We wrote thank you notes and prepared for this special evening of celebration with our Russian friends.
